Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FPV Racing India's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Pilot Registration

To participate in FPV Racing India events, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or be a minor with parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Event Participation

Safety Requirements

All participants must:

  • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations
  • Use properly maintained and safe equipment
  • Comply with local aviation and drone operation laws
  • Respect event officials and their decisions

Equipment Standards

All drones must meet FPV Racing India's technical specifications and safety standards. We reserve the right to inspect equipment before races and disqualify non-compliant equipment.

Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Treat all participants, officials, and spectators with respect
  • Refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct
  • Not engage in cheating or rule violations
  • Follow instructions from event officials

Event Bookings and Payments

  • Event bookings are subject to availability
  • Payment must be received before the event date
  • Cancellation policies vary by event and will be communicated at booking
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Refunds for cancelled events will be processed according to our refund policy

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FPV Racing India and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

By participating in events, you grant FPV Racing India permission to use photos, videos, and other media captured during events for promotional purposes.

Liability and Risk

Assumption of Risk

FPV drone racing is an inherently dangerous activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Equipment damage or loss
  • Collisions with other drones or obstacles

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPV Racing India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in events.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPV Racing India from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in events or violation of these terms.

Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their drones and liability. FPV Racing India does not provide insurance coverage for participants.

Leaderboard and Results

Race results and leaderboard rankings are determined by event officials. All decisions are final. We reserve the right to adjust rankings in cases of rule violations or technical errors.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Impersonate other pilots or officials
  • Use bots or automated systems to manipulate rankings

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, unsafe conduct, or any behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability
